  1. User Accounts and Registration
    • Account Creation: To access our online courses, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
    • Google Login (Super Socializer): You may register using your Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain Google account information, such as your name and email address, to create your account profile. Your use of Google login is also subject to Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
    • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password or linked Google account). You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  2. Online Courses and Content License
    • Access to Courses: Upon successful payment for a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
    • Intellectual Property: All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to course videos, lectures, quizzes, presentation materials, downloadable resources, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Prajwal Educational Academy and are protected by Indian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
    • License Restrictions: This license is for your individual use only. You are strictly prohibited from:
      • Sharing your account login credentials with any other person.
      • Reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, selling, broadcasting, or renting any course.
      • Creating derivative works of any course content.
      • Using any content for commercial purposes without our explicit written consent.
      • Downloading or screen-recording course videos unless explicitly permitted.
  3. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds
    • Payment Gateway (Razorpay): We use Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”) as our exclusive third-party payment processor. All payments for our courses are processed through the Razorpay gateway.
    • Currency: All transactions will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
    • Payment Information: By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prajwal Educational Academy does not collect or store your sensitive payment card details (e.g., full credit card number, CVV). This information is provided directly to Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
    • Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Site.
    • Pricing: All prices for courses are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
    • Refund Policy (No Refunds): All purchases made on Prajwal Educational Academy are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our online courses and the immediate access granted to content upon purchase, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason.   4. User Conduct
    • You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
      • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.
      • Harass, abuse, or harm another person, including instructors or fellow students.
      • Violate the intellectual property rights of Prajwal Educational Academy or any third party.
      • Engage in any form of academic dishonesty, such as cheating on quizzes or assignments.
      • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account.
  5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
    • No Guarantees: Prajwal Educational Academy provides educational content. We do not make any guarantees regarding your ability to obtain certain results, such as job placement, career advancement, or passing any certification exam, as a result of completing our courses.
    • “As Is” Service: Our Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
    • Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Prajwal Educational Academy, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services.

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
